Yes, many of our products are USDA Certified Organic. We are committed to sustainable farming practices that prioritize soil health and environmental stewardship.
Does your rice contain gluten?
All varieties of Lundberg rice are naturally gluten-free. We also offer a wide range of gluten-free snacks and side dishes; please check the packaging for the 'Gluten-Free' certification seal.
How should I store my rice to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing uncooked rice in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep the rice in an airtight container. For long-term storage, white rice can last up to a year, while brown rice is best used within six months due to its natural oils.
What is your shipping policy for online orders?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
What is your return policy?
As we sell food products, we cannot accept returns for safety reasons. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Is your packaging recyclable?
We are actively working toward 100% recyclable or compostable packaging. Currently, we partner with TerraCycle to provide a recycling solution for our flexible plastic pouches.
